The foundation was established with the idea to protect the European and national cultural heritage rooted in the traditions of classical and Christian philosophies, to support individuals, families and organisations in a broadly perceived personal development, local and translocal community development, particularly focused on rural areas, by fostering culture and art, teaching and education, sport and physical culture, and on supporting humanitarian, prosocial and pro-environmental attitudes.

- to create and provide conditions to foster, advance and support projects focusing on culture and art, and to promote and support artistically talented and gifted children and young people, as well as adult artists;
- to create and provide conditions to foster, advance and support projects focusing on education and upbringing;
- to assist in education and starting one’s life and to take activity contributing to the growth of entrepreneurship, occupational activation and mobilisation in life, particularly among people in rural areas;
- to take supportive activities aimed at achieving equality of opportunities for weaker groups or those at risk of social exclusion: handicapped, children and young people from dysfunctional communities or areas deprived economically, socially or culturally;
- to take supportive activities focused on family, maternity and parenthood;
- to take supportive activities focused on the development of democracy, market, education, science, culture, information exchange, environmental protection and health care, social assistance and humanitarian aid;
- to support activities focused on European integration, as well as networking and collaboration between societies.

She has gained educational and upbringing experience working with children. She has played viola in the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra and in the Musical Theatre in Poznań. Privately, she is a wife and the mother of five children. |
![]() | Lech Bałaban – Chairman of the Foundation CouncilA violist, doctor habilitatus of musical arts, associate professor of the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, assistant professor of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań. For 25 years, he has cooperated with the AMADEUS Chamber Orchestra of Polish Radio directed by Agnieszka Duczmal, where he works as a concertmaster. Founding Member of the Polish Viola Society. Being a member of the Wieniawski Quartet and the Bałaban Family Quartet, as well as a soloist, he takes part in numerous major music festivals. He has performed in many European countries as well as in Japan and Taiwan. He has made a lot of recordings, including ones for radio and television. He has premiered a lot of contemporary music, including pieces dedicated to him. He has educated several prize-winners of national and international competitions.Privately, he is a husband and the father of four children. |
![]() | Piotr Niewiedział - Member of the Foundation CouncilGraduate from the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań. He pursued piano studies under the guidance of the outstanding pianist and pedagogist Professor Andrzej Tatarski. In the 1990/1991 academic year, he held a scholarship granted by the Minister of Culture and Art for his academic and artistic achievements. He obtained his university degree with honours in 1991 and he is currently an assistant professor at the Academy of Music in Poznań. Together with his wife Ania, a pianist too, they play as a piano duet “La Valse’89”. He is a husband to Ania and the father of two sons. |
